I have started my own practice in Welshpool after studying EFT and working with clients in my job as a domestic abuse specialist.

Seeing how it helped clients and using it myself gave me the idea to start my own practice so I can help others heal with this great tool, it is gentle but can get to the route of pain and to let go of beliefs and ideas that are not serving us, and in fact are affecting our emotional and sometimes physical health.

I have a CV as long as my arm and have mainly worked in the hospitality industry and the care sector.

I have a wealth of personal and professional experiences that have led me to where I am now.

Having worked abroad for 8 years doing jobs from a cement factory in a Kibbutz to restaurants in Switzerland along with teaching English as a foreign language in Thailand at a children’s home. I have a broad spectrum of life experience and have seen a lot.

The longest job I have had was working in a children’s home for looked after children, I have also witnessed two very good friends suffer with psychosis which was very hard.

More about me.

This year has been a massive turning point, using EFT myself, attending Philosophy classes, learning that while pain is indeed inevitable, suffering is not, I am in a far better place of understanding and looking forward to helping people learn the joys of EFT and working with them to clear their energy systems, becoming unstuck and free.

Starting my own practice in Welshpool seems like a natural progression given my expertise and passion for helping others heal and move forward.

My combination of EFT, CBT training, and experience as a domestic violence advocate plus the myriad of other jobs I have had provides a well-rounded approach to addressing various forms of trauma and grief.

My journey through grief, supporting my daughter's transitioning, and finding solace and growth through EFT and philosophy are powerful narratives that will undoubtedly resonate with many people.

My understanding that while pain is inevitable, suffering is not, speaks to a deep level of empathy and wisdom that will surely benefit my clients.

I am deeply committed to supporting others on their journey towards healing and personal growth.

I am a single Mum and sadly I lost my Mum in 2021, having looked after her while supporting my daughter through her transition, meant many challenging times, so I have also known pain, trauma and loneliness

My household consists of myself and my two dogs ‘Ruby’ and ‘Murray’ and my cat ‘Ruup’

There is quite a bit of discord between the dogs and the cat, as in the cat does not want to know and the dogs are obsessed with the cat!

I believe having the dogs has saved my sanity to a degree as it has forced me out of the house at least twice a day, and while at the time I did not realise how much it was helping, walking and being out in nature, I now feel the joy of listening to the birds and being in nature, especially when we have the lovely pink skies in the morning, the rain not so much!

I also discovered the benefits of cold water swimming (I use the term swimming loosely) last year and am gearing up to starting this again soon.

Living in the present is often heard these days as a healthy way to live but it can take some practice, the EFT tools you can learn with me can be practised at home to help you get closer to this goal, it’s all about slowing down and realising your safe and you are ok in this moment.
